   The most common question new patients ask when they call is "Do you take my insurance?"  At Elizabeth City Dental, we file most insurances for you.  This means the insurance company sends the payment directly to us.

      The other component to this question is "In-network or Out-of-network".  Elizabeth City Dental is an in-network office for several plans.  Even if we are not listed on your plan, we keep fees moderate allowing anyone to come to our office regardless of whether they have insurance or not.  Also, by keeping our fees moderate, if we are not on your plan, the difference between our office and an in-network office is usually minimal.

    Estimated co-payments are due at the time of treatment.  That means if a procedure is covered at 80%, your deductible + 20% is due at the time of treatment.  We are glad to go through this with you.

   Forms of payment accepted include the usual: cash, check, credit card.  We also offer payment plans through CareCredit, which will allow you to spread the payments over several months.
